Why not just use the Zillow estimate?

Automated models average your neighborhood; they cannot see your remodel, your lot position, or the way your floor plan lives. In mid-luxury Scottsdale those differences are often six figures. I use the same live MLS data plus a human read of your specific home.

Is this a sales pitch in disguise?

No. You get the valuation whether or not you ever plan to list. If you later want help acting on it, you know where I am.

Is this an appraisal?

No. It is a broker's opinion of probable value, for your information. Lenders require a licensed appraiser; if you need one, I can point you to good ones.

What happens with my contact details?

They are used to deliver your valuation and, only if you opt in, the monthly market email. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Details in the privacy policy.
